I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication from this office. My mother was referred to this rheumatology specialist nearly three weeks ago and has yet to receive a single call. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, no one ever answers the phone. This is extremely concerning, especially since my mother urgently needs to see a rheumatologist. We are now actively looking for another provider due to this unresponsiveness.
I'd been trying various meds and suffering for 40 years before finding Dr. Karim and in a short few minutes Dr Karim diagnosed and prescribed medication that has improved my life so much it is quite hard to believe this level of improvement was even possible. Literally life saving, life extending and quality of life is exponentially improved. I cannot put into words how much better I feel. She needs to work on her time management. My appointment was her first appointment of the day at 9:15am. I still did not get seen until almost 12pm. It seems as if she did not have any care about her patients time. There is no way you should hold your patients for this long. Her nurse told me she didn't come in until after 10am which is bizarre! Without your patients you wouldn't have a need for your position! Do better and be considerate!

DR Karim is a wonderful Dr! She is very nice and so are her nurses!
