I have seen Dr. Altug for well over 10 years. She has a calm and caring manner. When she steps into the exam room, her focus is on you the patient. Before she leaves, she asks if you have any questions. Then she takes the time to answer them without making you feel rushed. As one of the few female GI doctors in our area, appointment slots get filled quickly but it’s worth the wait.
Dr. Altug is simply the best. My wife and I have seen her for nearly 20 years. My parents were also patients of hers. Her diagnoses are always correct and she takes the time to explain situations thoroughly and welcomes questions. She has a kind and calming presence about her. It is obvious she cares about her patients as individuals. I highly recommend her.
