Everyone was very informative and respectful during my care.
During office visits and procedures Dr. Oubre was very thorough. He takes the time to listen and comes up with a well thought out approach to your issues.
Dr. Oubre is a very compassionate doctor, he explains very well whatever he is asked and make sure you understand, the entire office personnel is very professional, all of my visits were great.
Efficient procedure. Dr. Nelson and Staff have a good sense of humor. Dr. Nelson is super smart and very approachable. I will definitely remain a patient!
Dr. Altug is great! She's very personable and caring. She goes thru your history during the visit and addresses anything pertinent to the visit and/or upcoming tests. I highly recommend her!
Dr. Yanish always takes time to listen to my questions and provides informative feedback. He shows concern for the patient and has personally called me at home in the past to follow up.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Altug’s for over 20 years now. She has been kind and patient with me. She has been so informative about my conditions and treatment. Once I got serious about following her instructions, I became much healthier and life went a lot smoother. I would recommend Dr. Altug to anyone with digestive problems or even to anyone trying to avoid those kind of problems.
I like this doctor but I just can’t tolerate being unable to schedule an appointment. Have been trying to get an appointment for 2 months to only be told that I would need to call back later or that I would be called back and that never happened. Once I finally made an appointment in which I showed up early for to complete my medical history prior to appointment time, I was told that I should not show up early before I could even tell them my reason for showing up early.
