Never have gotten to know a doctors office and staff so well! was in a bad car accident 6 months ago that left me needing surgery, MRI's, PT, a nuerologist, and more. Dr Schrans office really made the process easy for me. they set up all of my appointments and they were so easy to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. the PT staff is fun and friendly and so are the girls up front. Thank you Synergy Spinecare. The only negative i can say is that sometimes the wait time is a bit long.

Staff is very kind , helpful, and patient. Physical therapists are very effective with their exercise programs. Highly recommended.
Went here after my knee surgery and i do not regret it, the front desk was wonderful and the therapists were always very kind and informative.
My experience here has been amazing all throughout. And im feeling so much better and have managed my pain.
Every time we went to see the doctor, we would be waiting in the waiting room or inside for a long time. There were at least twice that we waited over an hour. The doctor did not speak much, would not explain what he noted or the implication or treatment. He and his staff did not communicate well. For example we told him we made a MRI appointment already through another doctor but his staff will repeat same appointment. He said case close but his staff still schedule follow up.
As a Social Worker, I appreciate the attentiveness and care I received, I would and still do recommend friends and clients to Dr. Monfett.
My experience in this office has been by far one of the best. I have been dealing with different doctor's and their team and This office is the most well run and efficient I have encountered thus far. Everyone from the receptionist to the physical therapists every staff member in this facility is courteous and professional. They make you feel welcome and take care of every detail with promptness.
i called Dr. Monfett's office in intense pain after injuring my shoulder. Within a hour, i was being examined by the Dr. and was already on my way toward pain relief and treatment. I could not be any more satisfied with the treatment i received, both by the Dr and his staff. I found them all friendly, helpful, professional and well informed.
