Was very disappointed by the lack of phone etiquette. I called in about a week ago regarding our broken A/C, the employee answered "Hi, this is [person's name]" without mentioning the business name. I had to ask if this was the business I was calling, to which she just replied "yes". When I explained to her the issue we were experiencing, she replied they were 4 weeks out to dispatch someone to inspect the issue, not perform any work. Had them come out 12/31/24 to assess our heat pump and get a quote. The guy verbally tells my wife $2500 for the condenser, but leaves no quote/estimate. I call back in June to get the estimate printed so I can call my home insurance agent and get the run around for over a week.
