I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Silva. I reached out to his office specifically for FMLA paperwork, as listed on his website for $75. His website is confusing and misleading, as it separates services with clear prices next to each, giving the impression that charges are straightforward and transparent. WARNING: if you want more mental health issues then use this doctor. (make sure you look into the reason why his licence was revoked for 11 years...Silva also misdiagnosed me. The people that are trying to berate a doctor that’s above and beyond the moral values that are exceedingly high. They must ask themselves why they tried to come back after a year of whatever lie that was I never heard of.He never has not ever not taken care of me when and wherever I needed to see him!!! The man is God sent for people that really need a good doctor!!!!
