I cannot recommend this doctor's office enough. After years of seen my primary care doctor my insurance changed, and was assigned to this dr's office. I had no idea., so when I needed to be seen because I got sick., I called them to schedule an urgent appointment., and man after the first visit, and the treatment he prescribed i felt ten times better. My mother has been with this doctor for a very long time. The doctor is pretty good and listens to his patients when you come for your regular checkups. However, god forbid you get sick or don't feel well because you can get in to see the doctor. Yolanda, who runs the office and is the doctor's wife, is very disrespectful and has no compassion for the patients. very bad doctor, even if the people are super bad he does not want to receive them, he does not explain what the medicine he prescribes is for, he does not help the real health problems of the patients, my mother could not even walk and he sends her to work seeing her super bad and with heart problems and with much pain in her legs and arms.
Service in this office is overall great.. they do only take patients with appt but i was able to get in soon because there was a cancelation.. from the moment I walk in to the moment i left. The ladies at the front desk were very profesional and the doctor was phenomenal . I guess I found our new family doc
I went in for my first visit and went up to the front desk to be treated with such disrespect. The ladies in the front office have horrible service skill and they act like they are above all the patients. I waited for over an hour to be seen just so the doctor could examine me for about a minute. I went in because I had been getting rashes on my skin. He diagnosed me with scabies and gave me a cream. I wasn't satisfied with the results so I went for a second opinion and was diagnosed differently
