I’ve been trying to get an insurance referral authorization for my dad (their patient) to see his pulmonologist for 3-4 weeks with no success. They are incompetent. They did not contact his insurance and was told to call the insurance myself to take care of this. Their front desk staff does not know what they are doing.

The slowest clinic that I have ever seen. Expect a minimum of 3 hours for your first visit.
Muy mal servicio mala cordinacuin de las personas que trabajan. En el lugar te caen esperar dos semanas para darte los resultados de laboratorio y ya teniendo la cita te la cambian estando en la clínica no los recomiendo para nada boy a cambiar de doctor solo quieren el dinero de la Aseguranza o cobrar 150 por una consulta para darte los resultados
