Awful experience from the front office to the dentist himself. The cleaning lasted under a minute, no joke. When I asked if she could get plaque that I was still feeling on my tooth, she rolled her eyes. The dentist acted like I was ruining his day by being there. He was incredibly rude and condescending when I asked about a referral for a wisdom tooth extraction and then told me I’d never had a root canal and I didn’t know what I was talking about. since 2 years I'm with Dr. Prescott and I have the most pleasant experience with him. Have done major work -crowns, Bridge and fillings and he has done a beautiful job. Thank you Dr. Prescott!
The actual worst dentist I've ever encountered. Horrible bedside manner, and couldn't even identify which tooth previously had a root canal on the x-ray. Tried arguing with me that I've never had one. Gave zero solutions to a cracked tooth with pain. Would NEVER sit in his chair again.

My roommate had a horrible experience with this provider. When he showed up for his appt, they told him that their equipment was out of order and so they rescheduled his appt. When he returned for the rescheduled appt, they told him that they have to reschedule again due to staffing issues. They could have called earlier and rescheduled the appt again. My roommate had to travel to their office and disrupt and waist his own time just to be informed that they cannot accommodate him again for the second time. This is an issue o... read more
