Dr. Klugh is by far the best endocrinologist that I have experienced here in Las Vegas. The other 3 doctors I tried previously cared only about bloodwork numbers, and not interested in how I felt. She is a caring, compassionate doctor. Thank God I found her when I did.
This office has lost my PCP's referral multiple times in the fax, delaying my time-sensitive treatment. Upon finally receiving the referral, they conceded that their staff are unfit to treat my diagnosis. My PCP has to restart the whole referral process for a different specialist. If your PCP refers you to Palm Medical Group, ask them to change the referral.
Dr.Klugh has been a lifesaver. She is extremely smart and works with you to get your sugar and thyroid in check.
