My experience with Root Cause Dental Group has been simply amazing! I was referred by my dentist when I started experiencing significant TMJ issues. Everyone at this location is so warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I had a customized TMJ day and night appliance. It went from having 10/10 pain and limited jaw movement to no pain and full movement within the first month. I felt like a new woman and wow I could final sleep!!! I am so appreciative to Root Cause and their staff. I had a bad experience with Invisalign that caused my jaw intense pain. They have corrected my alignment and I no longer suffer. Can’t recommend them enough.
It's been 2 and half years and I'm now no longer wearing braces. It's been a long journey and I'm happy with the state of my teeth. Moreover, the staff members, namely Xanna, Sanny, Gina, Olga, and Kaye, are all incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience all the more pleasant. 5/5
