Before a recent cataract surgery, Dr. Krishnasamy showed humility with reassuring and calming words to me. During the surgery he confidently explained procedural steps that helped me understand his knowledge and skill treating the human eye. The surgical team led by Dr. Krishnasamy was precise yet empathetic in accomplishing their goals. Dr. Krishnasamy has proven to me his professionalism backed by a strong knowledge and work ethic in his field of ophthalmology.
I saw Dr. Krishnasamy for severe eye pain. I was very scared but his calming demeanor made me feel better immediately. He did a thorough eye exam and found I had an infection. He called in a prescription but also gave me samples of drops to start right away which made me feel much better. I felt like I was in very good hands with Dr. Krishnasamy!
We saw Dr Senthil Krishnasamy, MD for blunt force trauma to the eye. He barely looked at the injury and was not at all through. Then when we asked legitimate questions that the referring Dr suggested to ask, he was highly dismissive, incredibly insulting, and acted like we were dumb and wasting his time.
