Very professional, friendly, informative, smooth teamwork by treatment staff. They listen to you with empathy and patience treating seniors. They even go the extra mile with your insurance for pre-authorization saving a lot of time for the patient. I have been to many different dentists over the years in the Capital District and this group is by far the best.

This was my first visit to this office which was highly recommended. The hygienist I saw was new to the office and was ok, INC was not overly impressed. When I get my teeth cleaned, they usually feel really clean, but not this time. When the dentist came on to do the exam, she had to remove some calculus that the hygienist hadn't gotten. I really liked the, Dr. Tomson as she was very soft spoken and explained everything.
They never answer in the phone I hope the owner notice this. I called 3 day in a row in the in the morning and in the noon,
Friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Dr.SelmaYucedeal and her staff were all very professional.
