Knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail with patience and science. The treatments that were correct from other physicians he promoted, and where things could be improved he made changes. I have had spinal pain for 25 years (car accident) and have had multiple surgeries and treatments. He gave me realistic expectations and we worked together to improve my mobility, mood and most importantly restore my dignity. His staff are highly trained professionals. Thank you Dr ‘Sekhar’.
Dr. Upadhyayula (everybody calls him by his given name as Dr. Sekhar) is tops. He is friendly, listens to his patients and in the years he has been treating me for an inoperable back injury he manages to keep my pain at a bearable level. I highly recommend him.

Very professional! Visited 4 doctors prior to finding Dr. upadhyayula which treatments did not help at all. While under the care of Dr. upadhyayula I've started to feel better.
Dont be fooled by the advertisement. I brought my mom who was in so much pain in her lumber for her disease. I made the biggest mistake was to see him. He just said all the pain meds the other dr. had prescribed was good for her. Then nothing he would do for her, and prescribed one of the supplement for her mood. MG! Please go for a third or fourth opinion if you needed, with a Pain Management dr can really treat your pain. Wasted my mom's precious time.
He is very attentive, patient, and caring. They took me in pretty quick after filling out all the forms, but I waited for quite a long time in one of the exam rooms due to there was a patient before me. During the waiting, Dr. Upadhyayula kept coming to check and talk to me. The procedure went smoothly too. He even remembered some little detail during my previous visit couple weeks ago! He is just great! The staffs were also very nice and caring.
