Girl at desk told me I can call her back with any issues. There is an issue. Medication went to wrong pharmacy. The phone number is an answering service and the recording says office is closed today Saturday. I just saw the doctor this morning in Plainview office. Out of my control to next week. Very sloppy.
DONT COME HERE … Dr Faukhory is wonderful but his receptionist is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND RUDE … you cannot speak to patients regarding prescriptions and medical concerns in a nasty way.. he is not pleasant at all .. he cuts you off when your trying to explain yourself … I am appalled at the treatment I receive when I’m calling regarding medical concerns for a patient who CANNOT ADVOCATE for themselves ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS .
