Her work is very good and does the job well and very precisely. It’s just that she just cares about how much insurance you have and how shes going to use it all up. That too, somehow in the beginning of the year, the very day you show a little reluctance in booking next appointment you’ll realize that most of your insurance was claimed in that very appointment you just had! Dr. Steffens is a wonderful dentist! Our whole family are regulars at the clinic since we moved to Port Credit a few years ago. She is warm, friendly and my daughters (age 4 and 1) adore her. The whole team at the clinic cares about us as individuals and offers genuine, personalized care. Can’t recommend enough!
Dr. Steffens is quite simply THE BEST. Not only is she a brilliant skilled dentist, but she is also kind, compassionate and personable. She has cured my dreaded fear of the dentist. Over 10 years my family has moved from Mississauga to Collingwood, Oakville and finally Niagara. We will always continue to come back to Dr. Steffens.
Dr. Steffens and her team are amazing! They take care of our whole family, including the kids, and always show expert care and excellent bedside manner. When any of us have any more complicated needs, Dr. Steffens is relentless until she knows the issues are resolved entirely. Really appreciative for the great services and would definitely recommend if looking for an expert dental team.
