Products are 💯 awesome! Be patient, customer service needs improvement because they are overwhelmed with orders and calls but when they do respond they go all the way! I had a claim because one of my gels came broken and spilled, it took a few months to get it fixed but I got two personal phone calls with them and they sent me not one but two gels to compensate for the issues. Be patient, be graceful, because the products are amazing!! Plus now they change the jars so hopefully not spills ☺️
