David installed an intercom system. It had a 2 year warranty. There was a problem with it several months before the end of the warranty. It took many emails and texts before he said he would come out months later. He wanted me to pay the money for the part 2 days before he came out, which was the day before he went on a long holiday. Nowhere did it state i had to pay for parts. the 'attached terms and conditions' were non existent. I said I would take him to Fair Trading. I used David to install electrical heating for my pool and fix a lot of electrical issues at my house. Very honest and affordable with quality work.
