The reception staff at this clinic consistently come across as irritated and unapproachable. Their tone and attitude make routine interactions feel uncomfortable rather than welcoming. Feels like these 2 ladies have been here for years and it's really time to reconsider staffing improvement.
Dr. Verlander was wonderful with two of our children. Took the time to listen to them, myself and gave excellent advice.
Dr. Verlander has been an amazing pediatrician for both of my daughters. He always listens to our health concerns, and uses real life experiences to guide us. He treats us with respect and is very patient!
