Dr. Simper explains procedures thoroughly, outlines what should be done now and in the future and why, and takes time to get to know his patients and answer every question. His humor and kindness, combined with his expertise, go a long way in eliminating patient anxiety and making treatments easy. Thank you!
WOW! I don't like going to the dentist but know it is one of those things you need to do. I am so glad I went to Southridge Dental and saw Dr Simper. He was kind and patient. He explains things very well. I was well cared for and so were my kids. The staff are knowledgeable and explain everything and answer all my questions. By far the best practice in town no wonder they were just voted best Dental office and Best Dentist. I highly recommend him.
I was so surprised Dr Simper give injections that don't hurt before you get your treatment. The front desk team and everyone else make you feel like you are at a spa instead of a Dental office. It's like you are going to hang with friends. Thank you
This review is an absolute NO star. If you are planning on being a patient here I would cancel. I got a filling that failed before half a year was up on it. Dr Simper was very unprofessional, rushed and rude.
He is an excellent dentist that cares for our whole family!
Worst experience
Although I was there for a consult for a root canal from the office staff to the doctor it was an excellent experience so friendly so nice so welcome that you don’t come across that anymore and it was very nice to see it it even in a dentist office and I can’t wait for my next visit when he gets to work on me and I get to give a real review
It's rare when you find a dentist who is interested in the "whole" patient, not simply their teeth. From the moment you walk in the door, the entire team does exactly that. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the "comfort" menu and the parafin hand wax, the team at Southridge Dental does an amazing job at taking the anxiety I think we all feel about the dentist - fade away! Cannot recommend Southridge Dental highly enough!
