Negligent and deeply concerning care — avoid this clinic. My father received extremely poor care at this clinic, and the consequences were nearly fatal. this place never answers the phone, and when the phone picks up you hear background chatter, then they instally hang up the phone after waiting in line for like 40 mins. ive been in this loop for a week now, what are they being paid for here cause they arent picking up the phone for there patients?!

Only good experiences in that office. Some of the phone answering staff needs some guidance but looking at some of these reviews, I can imagine how difficult of a job this can be. Canadians have been told all their life that healthcare can be financed from taxes and that is not sustainable anymore for several reasons. A monthly fee is requested for a Dr you never actually see. Today I spoke with Candice. Asked if this was the norm with dr offices. She responded “I haven’t done a poll or anything but I believe this is”. What service!
