Jen at reception is always kind & welcoming. Saw Dr. Chopican today, she was absolutely lovely. Kind, great bedside manner & was very thorough. She answered my questions in full & provided information so I felt re assured. The staff in the office is always very friendly & quick to respond.
Been going since he took over for Chilvers. This past year (2025) has been great. My appointments have been quick. From same day phone appointments. To literally in the office later that week. The staff have been very patient with me. I know there's been trouble getting in before but whatever they're doing seems to have improved the turn around from calling to seeing someone immensely. Really pleased with the care I have gotten this past year.
Was a patient of dr Chilvers. Best Doctor ever. I have been in the office 2 times since 2020. All by phone appointments. Want you to take pictures, take own blood pressure .seen Dr peterson 1 in 4 years. Have talk to.other people who have never met him. Go get nurse practioner instead of him
Negligent and deeply concerning care — avoid this clinic. My father received extremely poor care at this clinic, and the consequences were nearly fatal. Despite having a serious heart condition, his medications were mismanaged — a failure that directly led to him suffering a stroke. this place never answers the phone, and when the phone picks up you hear background chatter, then they instally hang up the phone after waiting in line for like 40 mins. ive been in this loop for a week now, what are they being paid for here cause they arent picking up the phone for there patients?!
