Excellent and efficient staff. Very professional and caring. Dr. Ford and her assistants were excellent communicators and were genuine care givers. I felt at ease and knew I was going to get great care. Dr. Z even stepped in to help with my difficult procedure. He was funny and showed great leadership. Dr Ford was skillful and demonstrates geniune concern for her patients. If your looking for a dentist that is truly concerned about your experience and has the knowledge to get you out of pain, they are a great choice.
The office staff and hygienists are great. Dr. Z is rude, cold and short. My family has been seeing him for about a year and we are looking for alternatives as it’s been consistent for all five of us, including our young ones. Nice that they’re local but I’d suggest trying another office first if your location and plan support it. Unfortunate that his attitude overshadows the rest of his staff. Had my wisdom teeth removed here and Dr and his assistant were amazing. Dr Zielinski and his dental assistant walked me through the quick process each step of the way and had it done within minutes. (Would have gave him a mouth drop but my mouth was numb) Staff is always so friendly as well. Very warming place. You also get a free show with Dr’s amazing singing voice the entire time! That’s what I call customer service.
By far the best root canals I have ever had. Quick, precise and painless. No sugar coating.. tells you how it is and does good work. Going to be getting an implant soon. -J Hauler
