Unfortunately, I’m leaving Dr. McGrade along with my son and husband due to Prohealths incorrect billing practices. All three of us went for physicals last year and Prohealth is billing the bloodwork as diagnostic instead of preventable. Therefore, I have to pay it under my deductible when it should be 100% covered. I've experienced some of what other reviewers complained about regarding the office staff in the past, but things are totally different now. Dr. McGrade's office has moved to a nearby location with all new staff who are very pleasant and the facility is much more modern. They also have someone who does blood draws in a separate space and results are available via their online service quickly. My experience with Dr. McGrade has always been excellent. Dr McGrade has been my doctor for about 20 years now. He has always been great about explaining any issues I might have, talks about what I should be doing for preventative care, and what I need to watch out for in the future. Staff is always professional and nice. It is great that when I call, they can get me in the next day.
Dr. Mcgrade filled in for my regular PCP, he never came near me, the nurse did vitals and that's all I received I was in quite bad pain and he totally dismissed it, he mentioned age related aches and pains all while he doesn't look so young. Horrible that you go to doctor in need and get nothing after waiting for days to get in
