Dr McGrade has been my doctor for about 20 years now. He has always been great about explaining any issues I might have, talks about what I should be doing for preventative care, and what I need to watch out for in the future. Staff is always professional and nice. It is great that when I call, they can get me in the next day.
Dr. Mcgrade filled in for my regular PCP, he never came near me, the nurse did vitals and that's all I received I was in quite bad pain and he totally dismissed it, he mentioned age related aches and pains all while he doesn't look so young. Horrible that you go to doctor in need and get nothing after waiting for days to get in
Great doctor with a great practice. They take the time to talk and listen to you never rushed and never have to wait long.
If the energy of the staff and environment of the office is important to you, I this may not be a good fit. The staff is very rude and not present or happy. It actually makes me feel sad to be in there energy. The nurses are not happy and seem really unfulfilled and low vibration.. does not create a safe space for healing. Very rude staff, Dr. McGrade is not responsive even in serious medical situations. I got tired of leaving messages for him to call me back but he never called even once. It’s so hard to even reach his nurse. I would avoid at any cost. Wish I changed my doctor sooner.
