Awesome!!! That is how every doctor's visit should be. The doctor was on time. He took the time to answer all my questions. And the glasses, what a selection. I had 2 ladies help me with my glasses. My friends love my new glasses. Everyone was awesome. You have got to see it for yourself.
Bad experience The staff were immature and had a 'know it all' attitude. They half listened to my son's issue and were inconsiderate.
Orlando Native I went to this doctor on several occasions for an eye exam for contacts and for a special situation.
I just went to Dr. Coughlin in May and spent a couple hundred dollars on contacts. I was going to purchase glasses at a cheaper location and asked for my prescription. When I went to submit my prescription, one field was left blank, so I went back 4 weeks later and asked him to fill in the rest of my prescription so I can order. He told me he would have to charge me 50 additional dollars since I was not ordering glasses from him. I already paid for the eye exam and purchased contacts. Wow I was very nervous to go to the eye doctor for the first time since moving to Florida. The people that helped me and the doctor that took care of me were all amazing. They made me feel very comfortable!
