I honestly cannot recommend Sean & his team at Highlands Healthcare enough. From my first appointment, Sean’s calm & friendly demeanour set the tone for our entire experience with him. No request was too much & you weren’t made to feel silly or an inconvenience when asking questions. Things became not ideal for one of our twins, but even through that, there was no panic from Sean which kept us calm too. If you are having any trouble getting your doctors to listen to your concerns, get a referral to Highlands Healthcare! They got me in within 2 weeks. Within 2 months, they had resolved issues that had been plaguing me for nearly 2 years! I had other doctors just write off my concerns, but Dr Heinz actually listened and acted on them. I had an amazing experience with Dr Dhivya at Highland Healthcare. From my first appointment to delivery, she made me feel so comfortable and well-cared for. She took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. The staff including Libby, an amazing midwife, are also super friendly and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience. I’m so grateful for the support and expertise – I couldn’t have asked for a better OB! Highly recommend.
