I had my appointment with Dr Dhivya Thangavel at Highlands Healthcare, and my procedure was done at Dudley Private Hospital. From start to finish, Dr Dhivya was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. Just before my procedure, she held my hand and made me feel completely at ease when I was feeling nervous. Her caring nature and gentle approach truly stood out. She is one of the best doctors I’ve ever met — I highly recommend her to anyone with gynaecological concerns.
