I love Dr. Harris. He is thorough and very trustworthy. He takes great care of my family and I.
The support staff are rude. They are running hours late today. I am considering leaving this clinic because of support staff attitudes and overbooked scheduling.
Office staff has been awful; needed paperwork filled out for FMLA and it took me calling them to be told there's a hefty fee for filling out paperwork. When I asked to speak to the office manager, she told me she had a file box FULL of paperwork for people who hadn't paid, and reduced the fee from $35 to $20 ....for a single piece of paper. The doctor, however, was INCREDIBLE. Liked to refer out a little too much for my liking, but AWESOME and personable.
Awful, does not address my complaints.
