Dr. Dawson was my kid’s ENT from the time she was 18 months old to 3 years old and I can’t say enough good things about our overall experience. He was so good with my kid, explained everything in detail, he gave me options when it came to her care and he never pushed me. I had a lot of questions and concerns and he took them all in stride. I’m a pediatric nurse, so I’m pretty picky about who I pick to treat my kid, but he exceeded all my expectations. 10/10 would recommend.
Dr Dawson saw me on very short notice for an urgent need. He is very personable, made sure we were well informed about impending surgery, and answered all our questions. All the staff were friendly, polite, and smiling. While l am not looking forward to complicated surgery l know l am in good hands and expect a good outcome. Don Richter
Dr. Dawson saw about my grandmother for a year. His staff is amazing, He is amazing! If you have any questions about anything and you call, I promise you will get a call back by the end of the day. He taught me to take care of a trach. Just an overall great doctor.
