I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Randy. I really appreciated that she was non-judgemental while still holding me accountable to my goals. I could reach her anytime to trouble shoot and she always had an answer for how to adjust. This program absolutely works for anyone willing to make the commitment. I am travelling to Niagara Falls with my family this weekend and plan to go in the waterpark with my kids- something I wouldn’t have done before. Just go for it!

Dr Seagrist Clinic has made loosing weight for me so easy. Randy is so fun and encouraging. She helps you thru your journey and motivates you. The programme is so easy to follow. You get a mini meal book with ideas. A book with products you can eat by brand. Makes shopping fool proof If you are struggling like I was, loosing weight with a support person makes it so easy.
My life has changed forever due to this program and lifestyle change…Randy is an expert and knows how to make it work for you…but you need to also know how to make it work yourself…proven results back in late 2021 weighed in close 390 lbs , 2022 lost 150 lbs and today 2025 still kept all the weight off
