If you want to lose weight and keep it off with support. This is the place to go. Randy-Jo is such a positive and supportive coach. The key is having someone to be accountable besides yourself. It is a quicker way to lose weight which is what some people need. The lifestyle change was an easy transition with her support. You will not be disappointed!

The nurse that runs this program is incredible. She genuinely believes in the program and your ability to succeed in it. I’ve been seeing her for 2 months now and couldn’t be happier with the results! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. Try it, my only regret is not trying it sooner.
I sent the online form to make an appointment and reception contacted me, after I gave my availability I didn’t hear back and after I reached out 2 more times with no response, I decided to take the hint and move it along. I wish Dr Bernstein was still in Kitchener Waterloo.
