Was not able to get through to book an appointment, unfortunately.
I’m sure the doctor himself is great, as per other reviews. This review is exclusively for the Delta clinic. They simply do not answer the phone. I’ve called multiple times on different days and times. I’ve called the Vancouver location & they’re no help either. They shouldn’t advertise for a Delta clinic if they refuse to answer the clinic phone.
This is ridiculous trying to call Dr Russels office it gets redirected to ladner medical center which is closed. No Way to book an appointment
