Tried two weeks to get an appointment left countless messages to please return my call never received a call to call another endocrinologist.
Terrible service I tried to call multiple times to see what building I should go to I called at 9:55 am they called me at 10:18 and said I was late and that I could not be seen but also said that they saw I called also a nurse almost hit me and my mom with the door when I tried to explain what was going that nurse said if I was nicer maybe I would get better service I’m getting tested for cancer or other illness and I’m completely overwhelmed with how terrible this service is if you have a choice please never come to this of... read more
Great appointment with my Dad! Very thorough. He explained everything.
Dr Goodwin were professional however, I did not get all my questions answered and I ask for the same meter I normally use and I was given a different one., and the 2 receptionists at front desk did not acknowledge my presence when I came in., one was eating and the other on phone., with extremely long nails that is unprofessional for a medical setting….
Why is it that its perfectly acceptable even expected to spend time in a waiting room but if your running late . Sorry you'll have to reschedule. There wasn't even another patient there.guess its only their time that matters.
