I have been using Scott Fulgham as my PCP since 2007 and he is a very caring and competent physician. He always listens to my input and allows me to participate fully in my treatment plan. His staff are also very caring and responsible people.I would recommend Dr. Scott Fulgham to anyone needing a good Primary Care Physician.
Dr. Scott Fulgham is the nicest doctor I've had the pleasure of knowing. He is polite, patient, thorough, genuine, and extremely sincere.
Doctor Fulgham is thorough in his examinations and explanations of any problems; and he never makes you feel that he is rushing you out, even when the waiting room is full. I would highly recommend him, it is good to know that he is again accepting new patients.
