If I could give this doctor’s office zero stars I absolutely would. Especially the office manager, I believe she said her name was Cindy. I’ve been having to call back and forth between the office and the Madison Emergency room for almost a week now trying to figure out how the referral is apparently disappearing. The office manager acted nothing but down right annoyed for me to be calling back to check on this instead of responding with concern and compassion. Met with Dr Parker via Crestwood hospital after I was admitted for cellulitis and his bedside manor is great he really makes sure you understand exactly what’s going on and what the follow on options are and he also listens to what you have to say and takes that into account. Following up at his personal office was nothing less than what I expected. They all have a Very friendly patient first mindset
