I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience at the GCC. From my first communications to now, they’ve been extremely professional, caring, professional and experienced. I had a double mastectomy with a free nipple graft and it went extremely well. Dr Jacob’s preformed my surgery on the 8th of April and I’ve been healing so well. My experience has been a never ending nightmare. It is impossible to ever get past the answering service to speak to someone actually with GCC. Medications were incorrect pre-op and had to be corrected. Day of surgery, the anesthesiologist failed to intubate me correctly so I woke up without surgery. This led to having to stay in SF for an additional 8 days which is an extreme financial burden + I had to change flights and find a new caregiver. Absolutely amazing experience and results! Worked with GCC and Vista Surgery and couldn’t be happier with the team at both.
I came Jan the 6th 2025 for male body contouring and a top surgery revision/total redo. I saw Dr Ley. I must say that I am very very happy with my results. Dr Ley will tell you exactly what is needed to get the results you want. Dr Ley left very nice thin lines and I'm healing incredibly well for how extensive the surgery was. Dr Ley and her team are very thorough with post op care. I have always gotten prompt replies to any questions I have had. I would definately recommend Dr Ley.
