I had top surgery on 10/17 with Dr. Facque. In my early communication with the GCC to set up a consultation and ask practical questions about the process, Jog was always there to answer my questions via email, day or night. I expressed concern to Jog at one point regarding negative reviews I've seen about the GCC. My experience at GCC was great! I knew I always wanted to have my top surgery at GCC since learning of their existence when I got older and understood how I wanted to transition. The GCC will make you feel taken care of, understood, and heard. One thing that was somewhat frustrating was how long it does take to hear back from their insurance team, I unfortunately had to follow up so many times to get some basic info answered. Dr Ley crossed multiple ethical boundaries before an operation. I tired to ask questions to her nurse and she pushed me off. They didn’t relay dates I needed to be local until a week before. Surgery was cancelled by Dr Ley minutes before operation. Very sad and disappointing.
Had my top surgery with Dr. Mosser, and it was an amazing experience. Currently a week post-op and so thankful for all the care and attentive detail that went into my final look. Thank you all for fulfilling my dreams.
