At GCC the Doctor was great very willing to work with you. As for the ability to contact their offices, well they say they are going to contact you within 24 hours and am still waiting for a call. I got clearance for them to use my insurance, but I need a detailed bill for services. I cannot connect to them to ask this question. My surgery is done but I can’t get after services questions. I will come back to rate the office services when I actually talk to someone instead of a recording.

UPDATE! The President of the GCC just reached out to me to share her concern and I was able to share our experience with her personally. Love this. I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience at the GCC. From my first communications to now, they’ve been extremely professional, caring, professional and experienced. I had a double mastectomy with a free nipple graft and it went extremely well. Dr Jacob’s preformed my surgery on the 8th of April and I’ve been healing so well.
