Horrible at answering phones if it’s 30mins to close. They will just hand up on you after 30mins waiting on hold. It pisses me off so much

I saw Dr. Miscovich once, nearly a year ago, for 15 minutes. I was supposedly scheduled for labs and a GI consult—then heard nothing for months. When I followed up, the receptionist told me I could just walk in for labs and she’d follow up on the referral. That turned into 3 separate trips due to an insurance error—Dr. Miscovich’s office had sent over my dental insurance. I had to go back and forth between offices just to get basic labs completed.
