Chipped a tooth at dinner late last night, sent my dental office an email describing what happened, asked for an appointment ASAP, and info on what might be done and whether or not it would be covered. Got a polite, friendly text message in reply at 6:50 am (!) from Debbie, noting what likely had to be done, that it was probably 100% covered, and scheduling me for an 11 am session. I've been a patient, along with my children, for several years and I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Merkley and his team. The hygienists are wonderful - gentle and friendly.
I've never had a bad experience with Dr. Merkley or anyone on his team in the three years I've been going to the Oakridge office. I recently had a lot of work done, everything from crowns to veneers to zoom whitening. I was nervous the crowns or veneers would look unnatural or bunny-like! haha They all assured me they would look great and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Thank you!
