Their staff is really rude specifically a person named Sandra, I wouldn't suggest going to a place like this where you treated like nobody.
My sons and I have been patients of dr st germain when he retired and dr merkley took over I was super disappointed! It didn’t take long for me to appreciate him and his skill. He has taken care of my teeth as well as my sons and watch them grow in the process. His office is always a welcoming place and everyone is so helpful. He is conservative in his approach and I appreciate this in a dentist. I trust him and his clinic 100percent.
Chipped a tooth at dinner late last night, sent my dental office an email describing what happened, asked for an appointment ASAP, and info on what might be done and whether or not it would be covered. Got a polite, friendly text message in reply at 6:50 am (!) from Debbie, noting what likely had to be done, that it was probably 100% covered, and scheduling me for an 11 am session. I've been a patient, along with my children, for several years and I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Merkley and his team. The hygienists are wonderful - gentle and friendly.
