Very Thorough High Tech I went to Vision Care Associates because all of my friends recommended them .I have seen both Dr. Lauers and I am truly impressed. It is the most thorough exam I have ever had and they don't try to "sell" you anything. Great staff also, even though they are very busy they treat you great. I broke my glasses after 1and1/2 years , I went to replace them and I was told they were STILL under warranty! They have a two year warranty, I couldn't believe it. You won't be disappointed.
'eye'deal place to go I went to see the doctors here when i first started at my job because it was the only place to take our insurance. I ended up loving the doctor there and i got a great pair of glasses as well.
Very Thorough I had to find a new eye Dr. when we got eye care insurance. I started coming here because this is where my husband has always gone. Dr. Vickie Lauer gave me a very thorough exam and made recommendations to me and gave me several options to choose from. My contacts are working out great and I plan to get new glasses soon. The check-out staff was very busy and the phones were ringing also, but they were pleasant. I got a call within 2 days that my contacts were in and could be picked up.
Good exam -poor customer relations The eye doctors here are very professional and did a thorough exam on my daughter. They fitted her with nice glasses, that have really helped her. The receptionist, and check out person though were less than personable. They acted like I was wasting their time and was just bothering them. I don't know if it had to do with my daughter having a Medicaid card, or if they treat everyone this way.
