Made an appointment for my shoulder as referred by my Healthcare specialist. Then I got the automated phone call to confirm the appointment and as luck would have it I bumped the the #2 button on my touchscreen screen instead of the #1. The #1 and #2 are very close together on a small phone screen. So I called the Hazleton Office and explained the problem and said I needed that appointment.
