Went in for routine dental cleaning. The technician and hygienist was great professionally and personally. Listened to my concerns. The dentist was super nice and focused on prevention.
I didn't see my usual Dr. or hygienist. They were both nice, but I would have like to know ahead of time.
When my daughter needed some serious dental work done we had been referred to multiple dentist, but some were crazy expensive and a couple made my 15 year old daughter cry with how aggressive they were. Dr. Nielson Was Heaven sent!! He talked to my daughter like she was a person instead of just talking to me. He was so kind, so understanding, and he did everything he could to work things out with us.
