I had the wrong time for my initial appointment and so was an hour late. The office gave me an appointment a few hours later. Everyone was kind and informative. Dr Goldsmith explained everything. My insurance wont cover surgery in a surgery center and that’s where he operates. He set me up with another jiffy knee doctor in the same office. I meet with him next week. So far. I’m very happy with everyone.
