Unprofessional, rude, condescending, terse - everything you don't want in a first visit for a surgeon. Wouldn't answer my questions, yelled questions to me from the hallway...total ass! I would NEVER EVER use him again - I even sent an email to billing asking for my co-pay back because this young buck needs to learn about patient customer service. Bad, Bad ... VERY BAD!
