I have had great experience with Dr Jerome and staff.
I went to him because of the reviews. Dr Jerome did exactly what I expected of a good doctor… to diagnose and fix the problem.
Avoid this guy if you value your health. He clearly doesn't give a damn. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because his staff is top notch, just don't expect any sort of help with forming a good plan for your health.
I rarely leave negative reviews since I am a professional myself, but my husband's experience with Dr. Jerome was troubling enough that I feel compelled to warn others. His poor social skills and dismissive bedside manner left a lasting impression—unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons. It's alarming that other professionals in the field describe him similar manners.
