Dr. Richmond asked lots of questions. I felt like he listened to me as we talked through what was causing the pain. He was then very thorough in his examination. We also talked about long term solutions as well as addressing how to help reduce the pain immediately.
The entire 7-11 staff on 125th highly recommended Dr. Richman, and I always trusted personal recommendations. I had horrible sciatic nerve pain and on Monday at 10am, I dropped into the office, hoping that I could be seen soon, but knowing it would be highly unlikely. Dr. Richman was finishing up with a client, acknowledged me immediately and I only had to wait about 5 minutes. Scott was unassuming and very attentive to my needs. With care and concern he asked and answered questions to zero in on, and relieve, my much needed adjustments.
