I have medical POA for a patient who has twice suffered with lung cancer. Her Dr. Retired and she was assigned to Dr Felter. He is not a personable person and this month gives me cause to ask if he has any empathy. Over a week ago my he ordered a PET scan for her. He is a good Dr and down to earth with his patients! Staff is wonderful too!
Is knowledgeable, but not transparent when you ask questions. Often has not read your file until he is in the room with you.
Most inefficient office I have ever been in. 3 weeks + for blood test results (still do not have) although they scheduled me for a visit to discuss the results 2 weeks later and charged a co-pay for no information because they had no results and didn't know what was taking so long.
