My wife had a stroke on 6/19/2022. As part of her follow up we made an appointment with Dr. Patience Reading. It took multiple calls to begin with just to get the appointment. Even tough my wife just had a stroke the doctor could not see her until today, September 8th. Her appointment was at 8:00 AM. We left our house in Round Rock at 7:15 leaving us 45 minutes to get there. Enroute, there was a traffic accident on 1 South that caused us to be 10 minutes late. My wife was refused service and told she would need to make a new... read more

It was my first visit. In my opinion, it violates the Hippocratic oath to take care of patients with memory and organizational issues and then enforce a zero-tolerance 10-minute late policy. Such a policy counters good care. I was early, went to the wrong entrance, called to inform the office but got a voicemail. I traveled 50 minutes, waited three months for the appointment, was 15 minutes late, and had to reschedule. That's a cruel practice.

I was referred to Dr. Buzad by my GP and very thankful I was. I had a surgery that unexpectedly resulted in an open wound. Anticipated recovery time time was 12 weeks but with Dr. Buzad's follow-up care and instruction I was done in 7. He and his staff are professional, kind, extremely knowledgeable and I felt like they truly cared about my well being the entire time.

My visit was several yrs ago around 2018. He diagnosed me with conversion disorder bc of strange symptoms that would occur about 1x a month, like numbness down one leg and gait issues. In 2019, I attended pelvic floor pt and learned there was a pattern to these issues. In 2020, I had surgery for Endometriosis and found that my uterous was covered with Endo and being pulled over right hip causing the gait issues and leg numbing. Dr B was insistent all of the pain was bc I needed antidepressants. He offered bipolar meds as wel... read more

Preface: I've worked with 100s of doctors, specialists etc for 20+ years (5 were in this very clinic network). I trust the system and have found nearly all of the docs to be excellent. However, this doctor--NO. 1) He doesn't listen to patients when they bring up potential complications. He's already decided what will happen before he walks in the door and that's what's going to get done-- no other options. Which BTW is surgery in 2 business days at a facility where he's--TADA!--part owner. 3) Worst of all: no patient should ... read more

I was visiting Dr. Dennington for my primary care. ADC charged me for my wellness visit as office visit. Initially I thought must've been mistake. But no, apparently this is due to some "concerns" I raised during the visit. The response from ADC was (exact words) "if you discuss any concern during your wellness visit, it's considered office visit and you'll be charged for it. Wellness visit is so that doctor can physically see you and get blood work done." Well, that's not the kind of "wellness" visit I want. I had called be... read more

I recently went to see Dr. Buzad. I found him to be extremely likeable. He really listened to what I had to say. I was not rushed in any way. He made my visit comfortable with a wonderful bedside manner! I feel confident having him as my surgeon. I personally, would highly recommend him.

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback! We will be sure to pass your comments along to Dr. Buzad!
