It so difficult to get a appointment. They would not see me they said I was 20 minutes late. It snowed 18 inches and two people called out at the reception. I was waiting in line to be checked in. The check in point is for two sections of that care area so it's a line. Someone who didn't work in that area, who was just helping out, checked me in.
