I have had everything from a simple office visit for a 6 month check-up to surgery at the Warren facility and have always had friendly, thorough ,and excellent service beginning with the front desk personnel, the nursing staff, the physician's assistant and Dr. Karlene. I got the needling done. Annamarie did the procedure on me. I got better results than I expected. She had the rest of the staff come in and look to see the before and after pictures. She really took her time. I would recommend them to everyone!! The entire staff is kind, helpful and friendly. Its a great place.

Absolutely one of the most brillant physicians I have ever been to. Staff is superb and I would wait 3 hours to see him. No one ever fixed my adult acne just treated it time and time again until Dr Karlene.
Love Dr. Karlene's office! Meghan & Jeanette have done wonders with my very sensitive skin. They really enjoy their work & they are so easy to talk to. The office is beautiful & clean, the staff is excellent & very knowledgable, & I've never had to wait for an appointment. Anything I've needed is a simple phone call or quick visit. So grateful for professionals who truly enjoy their work!
