Scheduled a follow-up appointment with Dr. Alenick for my newborn who was seen by Dr. Alenick while in the hospital. We showed up to the appointment and the doors were locked, lights off and front office looked a mess! I called to find out what was going on and received a call back 20 minutes after our appointment time stating “there was an emergency “ and needed to reschedule. Door was locked and no lights were on when we arrived. No reception. Wasted my time and did nothing because he was afraid insurance wouldn't pay him. Walked out and not going back.
