He was absolutely terrible. The front desk lady was very nosy and asking why my daughter was taking Zoloft, we know that some medications can mess with eye exams and are important to let the doctor now but Zoloft had nothing to do with it. Let alone when my daughter was the first time contact user, he didn't wash his hands when he try putting in her contacts there is no box indicating what contacts were being put into her eyes, and they did not give us a kit with contact solution or even cases. I'm glad I chose to see Dr. Mcpherson despite some of the reviews. This Dr. is AMAZING...hands down the best eye exam I've ever had. I have a rare eye disease so I have had many eye exams. Dr. Mcpherson is knowledgeable, very informative and extremely thorough! He is a very kind person. Not a hint of rude. And his receptionist was just as wonderful! I highly recommend Dr. Mcpherson. He will be my regular optometrist!!
This is for the Optometrist Scott McPherson. He was excellent, patient, helpful, made great smalltalk, and treated my 8 year old just as well as he did me. We will definitely return.
DR. McPherson is awesome! Always helps me with all my needs! Most of the staff are professional and help but if you need an RX refill I always have to call multiple times a day and sometimes multiple days in a row to get them called in.
He is very rude, I don't suggest taking kids to him because he is not very kid friendly. I will also be filling a complaint for not wanting to release my medical records.
