I met Dr Henson as a result of having an annual mammogram that showed "something unusual". I found him to be very knowledgeable, thorough in his explanations, and his schedule more "open" - so I was able to get in to see him within 2 weeks of the diagnosis - that was CRITICAL to me! I warned him that I do not do "waiting" well, and I wanted to move forward as fast as was possible I am also a person of faith, and asked him if he would join me in this process, with my faith at the center. Went in for a lumpectomy (2 spots). Dr Henson was very thorough about explaining what he’d be doing. I felt complete confidence he’d do a great job and was called with pathology results very quickly. Would highly recommend
I had a double mastectomy first week in May by Dr. Scott Hanson. I was supposed to see another surgeon, but she was booked. Am so glad i went to see Dr. Hanson. He was so forthcoming i liked him immediately. I knew i was in good hands. My surgery was a success. I recommend this doctor highly.
Dr. Henson explained thoroughly what it was and what to expect. The information given to me during my first appt. left me no questions but also included where I could call if I needed to. The building ,where the surgery was done was spotless! I have never had such care by an incredible staff!!!
Dr. Henson did a wonderful job with my hernia surgery. I hope to never need another surgery, but I highly recommend him. His staff is also very professional and prompt, thoroughly answering questions.
Dr. Henson was very good about explaining options and procedures. He was caring and did an excellent job of my surgery.
