Yes, I would recommend Dr Brown to family and friends. I saw him a total of 3 times. I had a fracture in my right foot. He was informative, explained how I should care for myself, and was very personable. He is concise and caring. The office is organized and efficient. Assistants were friendly. Wait time was short.
I think Dr. Brown is great. He performed an ankle fusion about 5 years ago. He did an outstanding job. I have not had any pain and do not walk with a limp. I am very happy with my results.
Doctor Brown and Jenna were the nicest people. They made all my appointments and surgery in a positive and very helpful way. I would recommend them very highly for other patients.
Could not ask for better care than that provided by Dr. Brown. He is caring, thorough and very knowledgeable - and pleasant too.
I’ve seen Dr. Brown twice for plantar fasciitis and pronation. Each time he was professional, concise, and thorough. I have seen other doctors in the OSSM office and find them to be similarly professional. Theirs is a busy office with a personable and efficient medical and administrative support staff.
I didn’t have to wait past my appointment time to be called back. Doctor was pleasant and listened.
Not impressed. Seem twice for Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendinitis. He doesn't listen,, he talks over you and doesnt let you speak. He suggested I do 60 stretches a day and take Aleve. When that wasn't working I went to see him again since my foot pain was unbearable. After a $40 copay he spent maybe 5 minutes tops with me just saying keep doing the stretches and take Aleve..thats it, no other solutions. I am a nurse and this greatly affects my work and daily life. Going somewhere else where I will be listened to and re... read more
Have seen Dr Brown several times and each time felt he was listening to me and cared about what was making me hurt. I have an on going problem that he has helped with the pain. I will continue to see him and have recommended him.
Didn't give me the time of day... down played the severity of my pain... kept changing my appointment and made me wait to be seen for 45 minutes. As someone who has grown up seeing orthopedic surgeons due to a genetic condition (and having nine reconstructive surgeries) he was the worst I've ever seen. Just because my foot is in neutral, doesn't mean there isn't something wrong with it. If he would have listened he would have figured that out. I felt very frustrated because he wouldn't listen.
